All staff at Urban Residential are either qualified in their field or working towards the same to ensure we offer knowledgeable advice and guidance. At the beginning of each Managed Tenancy, you will receive a full welcome pack with advice and leaflets on your Tenancy including reporting repairs, out of hours emergency numbers, inspections and Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
As members of the Deposit Protection Scheme and Zero Deposit Scheme you can be assured that any deposits are lodged and certificated according to best practice and legal requirements. We ensure at the outset of a Tenancy that Tenants are provided with current Gas Safety, Electrical, and Energy Performance certificates as required to ensure full peace of mind.
Furthermore, we carry out full photographic property Inspections every 12 weeks via iPad to ensure that any repairing issues are reported and acted upon to ensure your home is in the best state of repair.
