As members of The Property Ombudsman, Propertymark and CLASS, we adhere to strict codes of conduct and ethical standards, and we are continually striving to improve our services. All staff at Urban Residential are either fully qualified in their field or working towards recognised qualifications, ensuring knowledgeable advice and professional guidance at all times.
At the start of each managed tenancy, tenants receive a full welcome pack containing helpful advice and guidance, including information on reporting repairs, out-of-hours emergency contact numbers, property inspections, check-in and check-out procedures.
As members of the Deposit Protection Scheme, you can be assured that all deposits are registered and certificated in accordance with best practice and current legal requirements. We also ensure that tenants are provided with compliance documents at the outset and during their tenancy. Offering complete peace of mind.
Furthermore, we carry out full photographic property inspections, allowing any maintenance issues to be identified, reported, and addressed promptly to ensure your home remains in the best possible condition.
