Property Fix
At Urban Residential, we have our own Maintenance Team called Property Fix. Made up of qualified and time served Tradesmen, we can provide services from a lock change to a full house renovation. We have also partnered with our qualified Electricians, Gas Engineers and Roofers to ensure we have the skill set to cover every eventuality and certification should you need it.
The Property Fix team can ensure any maintenance needs are met should you instruct us, or in the case of an emergency, we are called upon. Our contractors will ensure you are given options to suit your needs whether for long-term value or short-term fixes. We can ensure you are updated every step of the way, keeping you involved as much as you want to be, while assuring all your Landlord obligations are met with either certification, building regulations or control.
