All our fees are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Guaranteed Rent
If you are renting your property to us on the Guaranteed Rent Service, we will not charge you any fees at all.
Charges will apply for our other services, please see the table below for details of these.
Commission for Fully Managed and Rent Collection
We charge a monthly commission for the ongoing management of your property, which will depend on the level of service you require.
Renewal Fee for Fully Managed and Rent Collection
If you are happy to renew the tenancy we will charge you a Renewal Fee, payable prior to the tenant signing a new agreement.
Tenant Find Charges
If you simply want us to find a tenant for your property, we will charge you a one off fee. This fee covers most of the cost of advertising and finding a tenant.
Renewal Fee for Tenant Find
If you are happy to renew the tenancy we may charge you a Renewal Fee, payable prior to the tenant signing a new agreement.

Other Fees
Administration Fee (For new tenants) £300 inc.VAT
Referencing per tenant/guarantor £100 inc.VAT
Deposit registration /processing £60 inc.VAT (for our let only service)
Cancellation Charge £300 inc.VAT (if you withdraw from a proposed tenancy after we receive a holding deposit)
£50 administration fee inc.VAT will be added to the invoice for any certificates required by law, professional cleaning, inventories, landlord warranties, furniture and appliance orders and all maintenance work carried out using our preferred suppliers
£40 inc.VAT for 6 monthly inspections with report (for fully managed and rent collection service only)
Any percentage fees shown are calculated based on the monthly rent
