Guaranteed Rent
Our unique Guaranteed Rent Service does not operate on traditional percentage charges. Each agreement is property specific and determined at the outset for a minimum of 12 months. There are no monthly fees, VAT or commission charges

Any service provided that is not within our standard terms of business will be charged at our Professional Hourly rate of £60 + Vat (£72 inc vat) recorded in minimum 15-minute increments.
